The ability of people alone can bring about achievements. If a person has skill in something, he can do it successfully. But sometimes people do not succeed because of the lack of skill. They may often be inefficient, or spoil their work owing to carelessness or negletion. At such times, they find fault with the means adopted for doing that work. For example, a workman using mechanical tools may fail to achieve something. His efforts may result in failure. When questioned or found fault with, he may lay the entire blame for his failur on the tools used and not on his inability. He may argue that he had not been provided with proper tools or instruments, and may attribute this failure to his tools.
Similarly, a student failing in the examination may not admit his lack of effort but blame the syllabus, mode of examination or say he had not been provided with proper stationary. So, we must find the reason of failure in ourselves, not in others.
